As far as I'm aware, the M.2 SSD slots in all current MSI gaming notebooks that support M.2 PCIe SSDs (both the M.2 PCIe-only slots and the "combo" M.2 SSD slots) support the NVMe protocol when an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD is installed.
